Shipping exceptions

Due to size and weight limits set by our shipping service provider, orders that are exceptional in weight, height or size may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Canada Shipping Details

• Fares provided by the most favorable Canadian carrier
• Offer valid in Canada only. Province restrictions apply
• Does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery
• All orders requiring more than one package may incur additional shipping charges per package.
• Offer is not retroactive to prior purchases.

United States of America Shipping Details

• Free or flat rate shipping over $99 is not available for orders within the United States.
• Rates provided by the most favorable US carrier.

Disclaimer:Shipments to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO are subject to increased shipping charges or cancellation. PecheXperts reserves the right to cancel any shipment and provide a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only accepted up to 14 days after receipt of your product.

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us directly by email at info@pechexperts.ca.

PecheXperts will not accept items that have been used, worn, washed or abused. Please use the original packaging the items were shipped in when returning them.

Before emailing us to check the status of your return, please allow seven business days for your package to be returned. The buyer will pay the return costs and, depending on the reason for the return, will be reimbursed by PecheXperts.
